Overview

You will provide world-class customer care and grow after-market revenue for analytical equipment used in biopharma and life sciences.

Location: Greater Boston area

Duties Include:

  • Execute a proven plan and grow regional bookings and revenue targets for all aftersales products, service agreements, and consumables
  • Provide basic tech support for chemistry and biochemistry products
  • Provide internal and external support to sales department and client base
  • Assist sales in ensuring point of sales services are articulated and attached to new equipment orders
  • Generate customer quotations for all after-sales related items
  • Learn the customer base and what they need to succeed
  • Use technology and continuous improvement techniques to deliver customer service and customer support excellence

Requirements:

  • 1 or more years working on lab equipment
  • BS Degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry or related science
  • Must be a hands-on, problem-solver
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, High emotional intelligence
  • 10% travel
