Overview

The Executive Recruiter (ER) is a full-desk sales and recruiter responsibility. They will prospect, cultivate, and develop relationships with client companies, primarily via phone and web. Developing and growing a “book of business” that results in meeting or exceeding qualified job order goals each month. They will also manage the candidate process either for their own clients or fellow team members. The ER will also execute sourcing strategies and plans with a focus on attracting passive candidates, with the aim of achieving high-quality solutions for the client base. The ER  will execute a recruiting strategy and tactics to uncover, attract, screen, and present candidates that fulfill the needs and goals of clients, including but not limited to a high volume of calls and emails in niche markets to attract passive job seekers

Duties Include:

  • Follow a proven plan for success, executing a targeted call and email plan
  • Engage with and explain TESA’s value proposition to client hiring managers
  • Network and prospect fanatically to become an industry expert
  • Lead and manage the placement process, directly driving revenue in your book of business
  • Recording and managing all activity in company CRM (database)
  • Act as a trusted advisor to candidates, internal and external clients
  • Assist in the growth and cultural development of the company
  • Engaging with passive job seekers on a national scale in the sciences market to fulfill client projects
  • Play a significant role in identifying life-changing career opportunities for people
  • Utilize a variety of recruiting strategies in alignment with TESA’s unique strategy and approach to recruiting
  • Proactively pipeline talent and create pre-qualified candidate talent pools in line with the goals of company
  • Attend ongoing training, both internally and externally, to grow and adapt to the changing market.

Requirements:

  • BA/BS Degree or higher
  • One or more years of business/industry experience
  • High emotional intelligence and excellent interpersonal skill
  • Strong work ethic and exceptional phone presence
  • Exposure to sales of any kind
  • Determined and competitive
