Overview

Develop and execute a successful sales strategy for rapid revenue growth and market share expansion in the territory for state-of-the-art IHC Instruments in medical labs. Work collaboratively with sales and service counterparts to achieve our client’s performance targets. Territory includes upstate NY.

Duties Include:

  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual product sales goals set for the territory
  • Work in coordination with the local team
  • Maintain accurate and timely prospect and customer data in CRM
  • Achieve high levels of customer satisfaction through the delivery of sales and support assistance
  • Coordinate product demonstrations, installs, and customer training when required
  • Install/set-up & train when necessary instrumentation in customer laboratories and perform demonstrations
  • Ensure the integrity of data is accurate and representative of the current customer base

Requirements:

  • BA/BS or higher
  • Over 3 years of sales experience in the clinical/medical/hospital markets, ideally into medical labs
  • Preferred to have experience selling capital equipment or related high ticket products or services
  • Able to travel regionally
